Here are a few runners up, bloopers, and a video from our Christmas card photo shoot with Aaron and Megan. :)
We will begin with Megan's photos that were taken with our not-so-great-but-it-will-work-for-now camera. These mostly fall into the "runners up" category as these were taken before Black Friday when we acquired a new memory card for our camera (which can actually hold a decent amount of photos now). We kept running out of space on our card (it was a vintage 256K believe it or not!) this day so we had to delete those photos that visibly did not make the cut as we went along. :)
This one was a contender but a little too up close and personal.
This one was cute, the leaves look good in the background and our hand holding shows that we are in love. :)
Daniel thought I looked to creepy-tall in this one (I was standing on a large tree root)
Another nice background, but this was a camera fail, as there is a hint of red-eye in our eyes. :)
Now on to Aaron and his photos taken via iPhone. Aaron seemed to really capture our highest of highs (believe it or not the picture we selected was taken with the iPhone!) and lowest of lows...
This was me not taking Aaron and the iPhone's photo taking abilities seriously.
Nice background, but clearly, neither of us are quite ready for the picture. :)
Still not taking the iPhone seriously... :)
We call this one Daniel's next top model shot. :)
This was another serious contender, but we decided Daniel looked a little TOO serious with not enough Christmas cheer in this one. :)
And then the laughing began... (though I must admit this one is pretty cute) :)
And continued...
And then Daniel abandoned me! So I had to forgo the pictures alone. :)

Daniel striking another pose, and me touching his bum (it is okay because we are married).
Megan and I's Christmas card for 2011! :)
And to wrap up the fun, Aaron took a little candid video at one point, so here it is. There are random comments/explanations scrolling across the screen throughout the video (me testing out my iMovie skillz), but here they are again plus some more...
The dogs are our landlords, we were watching them while Aaron and Megan were visiting, so they joined us for the photo shoot.
The dogs at one point start playing in mud, which sends most of us into a brief panic.
There is no picture from the second camera flash as I cannot find that matching photo...it must have not made the cut and been deleted before we downloaded the photos.
Aaron tells me to pose like the pope, because we had visited a parish earlier that day.
Me saying "don't put this on the internet" is in reference to some sort of discussions we were having the day before...I am allowed to put it on the internet because it is my (our) blog. :)
Without further ado, Jenny being awkward and Daniel being semi-annoyed... :)
Fun times, thanks again A + M!!!
